1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SourceReel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

2Use of Service

You agree to use SourceReel only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for all code snippets, text, and other content ("Content") you upload or use with our service.

Prohibited Activities:We strictly prohibit using our service to generate offensive, illegal, or malicious content. We reserve the right to immediately terminate accounts found in violation of this policy.

3Accounts and Subscriptions

Pro Plan: Billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Hobby Plan: Free to use but subject to limitations such as daily render limits, watermarks on videos, and lower resolution outputs.

4Intellectual Property

The SourceReel service, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of SourceReel.

HOWEVER, you retain full rights to the code snippets you upload and the video files you generate. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license solely to process your content for the purpose of generating your video.

5Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SourceReel be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
